1. Introduction from the Chair and brief on the Zoom protocol.

• Vacancy was advertised from 1st October to 21st October
• There were no requests from residents for an election
• Vacancy to be advertised for a period of 4 weeks inviting expressions of interest.

1. Compliancy of the Stubton PC website.
2. Obtaining 3 quotations for works required – specifically the Speed reduction gates.
3. Increasing the Precept to avoid ‘fundraising’.
