3. Procedural Matters
3.1 Apologies for Absence

3.3 Minutes of Last Meeting
Motion: That the Council accepts the minutes as a true record of the meeting
3.4 Resignation of Councillor
3.4 Readoption of Standing Orders, Councillor Code of Conduct and Co-option Policy.
Motion: That the Council readopts these policies with review at the next AGM of the Council
3.5 Formal Adoption of AGAR report
This has been previously presented but needs a formal signature by the new Chair.
3.6 Co-option of Councillors
Two applications for the current vacancies have been received. It is hoped that the applicants will attend the meeting and questions may be asked of them in line with the co-option policy.
Motion: That the Council reviews the applications and co-opts according to their deliberations.
3.7 Parish Council Web and IT management
Motion: That the Council advertises the voluntary post of Council Web manager with a closing date of 14th July and those expressions of interest are forwarded to the Clerk.
3.8 Banking
Motion: That the Council confirms the revisions to banking as previously agreed by email.

Motion: That the Chair on behalf of the Council writes letters of thanks to Councillors who were members during the prior financial year.

Motion: That the Chair on behalf of the Council writes to those parishioners who have donated plants for village planting.
6.2 Speed reduction Gates
These need painting and minor repair.
Motion: That the Council appoints a working party to address this issue
